Shipping policy

Orders ship within CANADA ONLY via Canada Post and/or courier. Orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days as long as product is available. We will contact you should there be any unexpected delays.

All orders under the free shipping threshold are automatically charged a flat rate of $22.00. 

Some items available on our website are not available for shipping. Glass containers, large bulky items etc cannot be shipped. If you are having trouble with checkout and are unable to select a shipping option then you likely have one of the items in your order that we do not currently ship. 

In cases where the shipping charges exceed the cost of delivery, we will contact you to make arrangements for order drop off.

In cases where the buyer wishes to cancel the order, a 15% restocking fee will apply to any credit and/or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS

Any orders placed in error and require a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
